If you are travelling by car... We are situated on FINCHLEY ROAD which is in the NORTH SHORE area of Blackpool - the postcode for satnav is FY1 2LP
The easiest way to get to our hotel from the M55 is follow the motorway to it's very end. You will come to a roundabout with some stainless steel statues on it. Take the second junction here (straight across). Follow this road, it takes you past Blackpool FC's ground and on towards the central car parks behind the promenade. Follow the signs for The Promenade with the sea on your left. The roads are signposted for Cleveleys & Fleetwood direction. Carry on along the Promenade until you come to the first roundabout (this has 'THE GYNN' pub on it to your right as you approach it. Take the second turning as if you are going inland along 'WARBRECK HILL ROAD' then take the first turn on the right 'SEAFIELD ROAD' which runs along the side of GYNN GARDENS. The Brayton will be ahead of you to your right - there is a white mini-coach parked outside. Any problems just call us and we will help!
If you are travelling by train... The nearest railway station is BLACKPOOL NORTH which is just over a mile away from the hotel.
If you are travelling by coach... The coach station is now at TALBOT ROAD which also is just over a mile away from the hotel.
In both cases it's a 5 minute taxi ride at around £5.00 each way.

Booking Terms Our Terms & Conditions of Booking...
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of booking at the rate offered on 'Booking.com' or by email or verbally by Mr.Swain (the hotel manager). All tariffs offered are PER ROOM & not per person as was the case prior to 2009. To confirm a booking will require a deposit of 20% of the booking value paid by a debt or credit card at the time of booking. NOTE: the hotel no longer accepts cheques for deposits or for the payment of balances on bookings. We process all transactions at the hotel and have records of all payments made. We accept VISA & MASTERCARD CREDIT & DEBT, ELECTRON AND SOLO CARDS.
CANCELLATION & 'NO SHOW' POLICIES.
If you cancel up until 7 days before your date of arrival, we will refund your deposit less a £5.00 administration fee. If you cancel within the 7 days prior to your date of arrival you will forfeit your deposit paid, and at the disgression of the hotel your credit/debt card used for your deposit may be charged up to the full cost of the booking. In the event of a 'NO SHOW' i.e. not turning up and fulfilling your booking at the hotel, at the disgression of the hotel your credit/debt card used for your deposit may be charged up to the full cost of the booking. Remember... When you book and reserve accommodation we are then turning away other people who could have booked it had you not. That's why charges are made. OTHER INFORMATION.
Checking in is between 2.00pm and 10.30pm on day of arrival. Checking out time. Rooms must be vacated by 10.30am on day of departure. Breakfast is served 9.00-10.00am Please be seated in our restaurant by 09.45am. We do not give refunds for meals paid for that are not taken. THE BRAYTON HOTEL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO AMMEND, CURTAIL OR TERMINATE ANY BOOKING should the conduct of any person who is part of the booking cause any malicious damage or cause detriment to the well being or comfort of any other guest staying at the hotel with immediate action if an occourance arises.
Group bookings FLEXIBLE PACKAGES AVAILABLE FOR STAYS OF 3 NIGHTS OR MORE
If you are looking for a custom designed package for your party, we can arrange visits to local attractions and arrange tickets in advance. We can also arrange day trips to places such as the Lake District. Transport is in our private 16 seater luxury mini-coach with our own driver.
For parties of 12 or more, transport from your home area to Blackpool and return transport home can also be included so no-one needs to worry about driving or catching trains or buses.
